It is only on our Swedish and Norwegian websites that we have an online store and it is only there you can create an account.
If you do not find your orders under 'my orders', it is probably because you have not created the account with the same e-mail that you use in Klarna. You can easily create a new account with the correct email.
If you get an error message when trying to create an account, such as 'waiting for approval', then it is best to try to ask for a new password.
